Gabriele drew on the wealth of seasonal flora around the Western Cape for this print. “We have such an astonishing wealth of seasonal flowers in South Africa, and so I had no trouble finding reference material,” he says. Part of Halo's Young Artist Opportunity, this print gives an emerging South African designer a chance to share their work with a global audience — and gives your kitchen a little piece of that story.
